Before you buy
Nonprofit pricing requires Microsoft-validated nonprofit eligibility on the purchasing organization's account. Per Microsoft, commercial Windows 10 ESU is licensed per device, runs for up to three years, requires Windows 10 version 22H2, and is cumulative — a customer joining in Year 2 or 3 must also pay for the earlier years. ESUs contain security updates only (no new features or general support). Windows 10 devices accessing Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop receive ESUs at no extra cost.
