Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account [New Commerce Experience]

What you get

• Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account (formerly Teams Phone Standard – Virtual User): a license for resource accounts that enable Teams voice apps — auto attendants and call queues — at the organization level.

Before you buy

Per Microsoft, resource-account licenses are for voice apps only and cannot be assigned to people; a resource account needs a phone number (Calling Plan, Operator Connect or Direct Routing) to take PSTN calls.
