Before you buy
Academic pricing requires that the purchasing organization's Microsoft tenant carry verified Education eligibility, confirmed through Microsoft's own eligibility review. Setup requires a Power Platform environment with Dynamics 365 apps enabled and Copilot for Service deployed as an app; this is an admin-configured deployment, not simply a license assignment.
