Nonprofit pricing requires Microsoft-validated nonprofit eligibility on the purchasing organization's account. Microsoft 365 frontline (F) licenses are for frontline workers as defined in Microsoft's Product Terms — typically workers who share devices or whose primary work is not at a desk — and cannot be assigned to information workers. Microsoft sells its suites both with and without Teams and has changed which customers may buy the with-Teams version over time — confirm you are eligible to order this version before you buy.
