Before you buy

Nonprofit pricing requires Microsoft-validated nonprofit eligibility on the purchasing organization's account, confirmed through Microsoft's nonprofit eligibility review. Setup requires a Power Platform environment with Dynamics 365 apps enabled and Copilot for Service deployed as an app; this is an admin-configured deployment, not simply a license assignment.
