What you get
- Microsoft 365 A5 eDiscovery and Audit: Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Premium) — custodian communications, tracking and escalation — plus Audit (Premium) for investigating data leakage and remediating, at Microsoft's academic student pricing tier.
Before you buy
Academic pricing requires that the purchasing organization's Microsoft tenant carry verified Education eligibility, confirmed through Microsoft's own eligibility review. Student-priced licenses are for assignment to students only. Add-on only — each user must already hold Microsoft 365 A3 (or Office 365 A3 with EMS A3); A5 users already have these capabilities.
