Before you buy
Academic pricing requires that the purchasing organization's Microsoft tenant carry verified Education eligibility, confirmed through Microsoft's own eligibility review. Per Microsoft, Office LTSC 2024 products get five years of mainstream support and no extended support, and receive no feature updates; cloud-backed features such as Copilot and real-time co-authoring are not included. The Mac LTSC edition is available to volume-licensed customers only. A perpetual license does not include Microsoft 365 cloud services such as Exchange, OneDrive or Teams.
