- Cloud Contracts 365 is a third-party (non-Microsoft) AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, built specifically for Microsoft Partners, per its own Microsoft Azure Marketplace listing (Cloud Contracts 365 Ltd).
- The Scale Plan includes unlimited Build credits (AI-assisted contract creation from templates, including Microsoft Partner-specific clauses like NCE/CSP, CPoR, and DPoR), unlimited Review credits (AI-powered contract risk analysis and mark-up), and unlimited e-signature credits, subject to the vendor's fair use policy. This is the annual, prepaid version of the Scale Plan.
